What the customer gives you
- Their name and contact number
- The vehicle registration number
- A description of the problem
Chauffeur hire, airport transfers and workshop bookings running on the same engine as your self-drive fleet — with the driver assigned, the flight captured and the job tracked to completion.
It was built for a customer who walks up, signs, drives away and comes back. The moment a driver is involved, that model breaks: someone has to be assigned, a flight has to be watched, a job has to move through states, and the whole thing usually ends up on a whiteboard or in a WhatsApp group.

Self-drive, chauffeur hire, airport transfer and workshop service booking are all first-class service types, each with the fields that service actually needs and each priced in its own right. They are not a self-drive booking with a note in the comments box.
An airport transfer that does not know the flight is a driver sitting in a car park guessing. The transfer form takes the flight number along with the pick-up and drop-off points and the time, so the job arrives with the information the driver needs.
Drivers call in sick, jobs overrun, a VIP booking needs your most experienced person. Assignment lives inside the booking record, so changing it is one action in the panel rather than three phone calls and a correction to the customer.
A chauffeur job is not simply on or off. It is approved, in progress, completed — and your team needs to see which, across every job running right now, without ringing the driver to ask.
The fourth service type is the one nobody expects. If you run a service bay, customers can book it through the same site — name, vehicle number, mobile and a description of the fault — and it lands in the same panel as everything else.
Yes. Rates are set by vehicle type, rental duration and service type, so the same car can carry one rate when it goes out self-drive and another when it goes out with a driver.
Not in the current product. Drivers are assigned to bookings by your team inside the admin panel, and the job details are visible there. If a dedicated driver app matters to you, say so on the demo call and we will be straight about what it would take.
Through the booking status your team sets — approved, in progress, completed. There is no GPS or telematics integration in the platform today, so if live vehicle tracking is a requirement, this is a gap you should know about before you buy.
Yes. Chauffeur hire is a service type on the booking, so the vehicle and the assigned driver sit on the same record rather than being tracked separately.
It handles the enquiry, the quote and the booking. Service types and their rates are part of the same rate table the agent prices from.
That works. You configure the service types you actually offer and leave the rest switched off. The pricing is the same either way.
Bring a real day's worth of jobs to the demo and we will show you how they would look in the panel.
