Self-drive. Fully self-service.
The booking, the price, the cover, the confirmation — all of it handled without anyone picking up a phone. Your counter staff meet customers who have already paid.
The counter is the bottleneck.
Most self-drive operators do not lose bookings on price. They lose them between six in the evening and nine the next morning, and every time a customer has to ring to ask whether a car is free. Every one of those is a booking that goes to whoever answers first.

Double bookings, because one calendar runs everything
Booked, paid and confirmed before they arrive.
A self-drive customer should be able to go from “do you have an SUV next weekend” to a confirmed booking without talking to anyone. Search, pick a car, add the cover they want, pay, done. The confirmation reaches them on email, SMS and WhatsApp.
- Register and sign in by password or one-time code
- Full charge breakdown shown before payment, tax included
- Booking ID, vehicle, locations, times and support number in every confirmation
One car. One calendar. No overlap.
The reason double bookings happen is that the website, the phone and the counter each keep their own version of the truth. Here they do not. A car booked anywhere is blocked everywhere, in the same second, and a car in the workshop never appears in search results at all.
- Availability states: available, booked, under maintenance, inactive
- Automatic vehicle assignment by category and availability
- Manual override on any assignment, at any time
Damage cover, explained before the keys.
The worst conversation in self-drive rental happens at the return, when a customer finds out what they were liable for. Put the waiver in front of them at checkout, priced and described in plain words, and most of them buy it — which is better for you and better for them.
- Collision Damage Waiver and liability cover, each with what it covers spelled out
- Excess on policy insurance recorded against every vehicle
- Add-ons such as child seats and GPS priced the same way
Your best customer is the one who came back.
Self-drive is a repeat purchase far more often than operators plan for. Give people an account and the second booking takes four taps instead of fifteen — and you stop paying an acquisition cost for someone who already rented from you.
- Booking history split into past, current and upcoming
- Change and cancellation requests raised from the account
- The same account works on the website and in the apps
The hours you are closed are the hours you grow.
Add the AI agent and the same booking flow runs inside WhatsApp, which is where most rental enquiries actually begin. A customer messages at one in the morning, gets a real price from your real rates, and pays before they change their mind.
What that looks like in practice
A customer messages your business number at 01:40. The agent reads the dates and the category, checks the fleet calendar, prices it from your live rate table and sends a payment link. By the time your branch opens, the booking is in the panel with the car assigned.
- No menu tree, no “reply 1 for bookings”
- The quote comes from the same rate table your website uses
- It hands off to a person the moment a conversation needs one
Questions we get asked.
Yes. Pick-up and drop-off locations are selected separately at booking, so a one-way rental is a normal booking rather than a special case your staff have to handle by phone.
Every channel reads one fleet calendar. The website, the mobile apps and the AI agent all check the same availability before they offer a vehicle, and a booking taken on any of them blocks the car on all of them immediately.
Yes. You create named seasonal periods with start and end dates, then adjust pricing per vehicle category for each one. Periods can be activated and deactivated without deleting them, so the same configuration can be reused next year.
They raise a modification request from their account or the app, and it lands in the admin panel for your team to approve or decline. The booking and the vehicle assignment update together, so the calendar stays accurate.
No. Razorpay and Stripe work out of the box, and any other gateway can be added during setup at no extra monthly cost. The gateway's own transaction fees are billed to you by the gateway, not by us.
No. Pricing is flat per rental business, not per vehicle, so adding cars does not change what you pay.
